14) Amplop kosong yang telah dibubuhi perangko kilat dimasukan dalam berkas lamaran yang ditujukan kepada alamat lengkap pelamar disertai Nomor Telepon/HP yang mudah dihubungi untuk keperluan pemanggilan, bagi pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus Seleksi Administrasi atau pengiriman kembali berkas lamaran, bagi pelamar yang tidak lulus Seleksi Administrasi;

15) Lamaran disampaikan dengan map biru (untuk D-III), map merah (untuk SLTA Sederajat), dengan mencantumkan Nama Jabatan dan Kode Jabatan yang dilamar serta Jurusan dan Kode Jurusan pada sudut kanan atas map.



d. Peserta yang memenuhi persyaratan/ditetapkan Lulus Seleksi Administrasi akan diumumkan pada Website www.dephub.go.id dan dipanggil melalui Jasa Pos untuk pengambilan Kartu Ujian/Tanda Peserta Seleksi (TPS) yang pengambilannya tidak boleh diwakili, dengan membawa bukti diri (ijazah asli dan tanda pengenal lainnya), untuk selanjutnya berhak mengikuti Pra Tes (Seleksi fisik, kesamaptaan dan keterampilan/keahlian).



e. Apabila peserta yang memenuhi persyaratan di atas belum menerima panggilan, maka pengumuman melalui Website dianggap sebagai panggilan yang sah.



6. PELAKSANAAN SELEKSI

a. Seleksi Administrasi berdasarkan rangking, yang direncanakan pada tanggal 22 Oktober 2007;

b. Pra Tes (Seleksi Fisik, Kesamaptaan, Keterampilan/Keahlian), meliputi : Lari, Renang, Sit Up, Pull Up, yang direncanakan pada tanggal 25-27 Oktober 2007;

c. Seleksi Tertulis, berupa Tes Kemampuan Dasar (TKD) yang meliputi Tes Pengetahuan Umum (TPU) dan Tes Bakat Skolastik (TBS), Tes Skala Kematangan serta Tes Kemampuan Bidang (TKB) yang direncanakan pada tanggal 5 November 2007;

d. Setiap Tahapan Seleksi/Tes dilaksanakan dengan Sistem Gugur berdasarkan rangking;

e. Pelamar/Peserta yang lulus tiap tahapan seleksi akan diumumkan melalui Papan Pengumuman lokasi/tempat pendaftaran pada masing-masing Kantor SAR, Website dengan alamat www.dephub.go.id, dan/atau Koran;

f. Pelamar diwajibkan mengikuti perkembangan informasi melalui 3 (tiga) media pengumuman yang sah dimaksud di atas, dan apabila terjadi kelalaian ketertinggalan informasi menjadi tanggung jawab pelamar.



7. LAIN - LAIN

a. Surat Lamaran yang dikirim sebelum pengumuman ini, dinyatakan tidak berlaku.

b. Panitia tidak melayani lamaran yang diserahkan secara langsung selain melalui PO. BOX yang telah ditentukan.

c. Dalam Seleksi Pengadaan CPNS Dephub, pelamar tidak dipungut biaya apapun.

d. Panitia tidak bertanggung jawab terhadap segala pungutan yang dibebankan kepada para pelamar yang mengatasnamakan panitia.

Eligibility to apply:
(i) Applicants who are registered candidates of the University of Malaya for any of the Masters (research mode or mixed mode with research component not less than 70%) or PhD programmes; or

(ii) Applicants who have been offered admission to the postgraduate programme mentioned in paragraph (i) above; or

(iii) Applicants who have submitted an application for a postgraduate programme Masters (research mode or mixed mode with research component not less than 70%) or PhD in the University of Malaya or have already had discussions with the Director/Dean/Head of Department/Supervisor at the Academy/Faculty/Institute/Centre concerning the postgraduate programme to be applied for.


Applicants who are working (except as Research Assistants in the University of Malaya) or are receiving any type of financial assistance, are not eligible to apply for the scheme.

VALUE OF AWARD
Total value of the fellowship scheme is up to a maximum of RM100,000.00 inclusive of monthly stipends, registration fees, tuition fees, research fees, examination fees and service fees.

The monthly stipend to be given is as follows:

* RM1,500.00 per month for Masters candidate
* RM1,800.00 per month for PhD candidate

SKILLED INDEPENDENT VISA TO AUSTRALIA

The Skilled Independent Visa is designed to target individuals who have skills or outstanding ability to fill the Australian skilled worker shortage and contribute to the Australian economy.

Applicants under this category do not rely on sponsorship from family or the Australian government. They are assessed against their ability to satisfy the basic Visa criteria and to meet a current pass mark of 120 points on an assessment.

Successful applicants will obtain Australian permanent residence which will enable them to live and work in Australia without any restrictions. Subject to meeting certain residency requirements, it is possible to renew the permanent residence, and even qualify for Australian citizenship.

AUSTRALIAN SKILLED INDEPENDENT VISA BASIC REQUIREMENTS

In order to satisfy labour market shortages, the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) has set specific requirements for people who are interested in applying under the Skilled Migration Stream.

To qualify for skilled migration, you (or your partner) must be able to satisfy these basic Visa requirements and meet the current pass mark under the Skilled Independent Visa type. You must meet specific age requirements, English language ability, minimum qualification level, selection of a nominated occupation and recent work experience.

In addition to meeting the basic Visa requirements, you must also pass the current points test. - Berusia maksimal 40 tahun (lahir tanggal 1 Oktober 1967 atau
sesudahnya) dengan ketentuan pernah bekerja pada instansi yang bergerak pada
sektor kehutanan (Perhutani,Inhutani, HPH,
Asosiasi Pengusaha Hutan) paling kurang 5 (lima) tahun pada 17 April
2002 (mulai bekerja 17 April 1998 atau sebelumnya) dengan menunjukkan
Surat Keputusan Kerja yang diterbitkan setiap tahun dari instansi yang
bersangkutan.
d). Khusus untuk Calon Polisi Kehutanan persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi
:
- Berusia maksimal 25 tahun (lahir tanggal 1 Oktober 1982 atau
sesudahnya).
- Tinggi minimal 155 cm (putri) dan 160 cm (putra).
- Kualifikasi pendidikan : SMK Kehutanan / SKMA / Forest Ranger.
e). Untuk Diploma III (DIII) / Sarjana Muda berusia maksimal 28 tahun
(lahir tanggal 1 Oktober 1979 atau sesudahnya).
f). Untuk Sarjana (S1) berusia maksimal 30 tahun (lahir tanggal 1
Oktober 1977 atau sesudahnya).
g). Untuk Master (S2) berusia maksimal 32 tahun (lahir tanggal 1
Oktober 1975 atau sesudahnya).
3. Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK)
a). Untuk Diploma III/Sarjana Muda minimal 2,50 skala 4.
b). Untuk Sarjana (S1) minimal 2,75 skala 4.
c). Untuk Master (S2) minimal 3,50 skala 4.
II. PENDAFTARAN DAN PENYAMPAIAN BERKAS
1. Berkas Lamaran
a). Surat lamaran ditulis tangan sendiri dengan tinta warna hitam di
atas kertas folio bergaris dengan huruf latin dengan mencantumkan biodata
antara lain nama, tempat/tanggal lahir, status (nikah /
belum nikah / janda / duda), alamat jelas yang mudah dihubungi dan
no.telepon/HP dan ditujukan kepada Menteri Kehutanan cq. Kepala Biro
Kepegawaian.
b). Surat Pernyataan bermaterai Rp 6.000,- sanggup ditempatkan di
seluruh wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia.
c). Lampiran-lampiran yang disertakan dalam surat lamaran yaitu :
- Fotocopy ijazah dan transkip nilai yang telah dilegalisir oleh
pejabat yang berwenang sebanyak 2 lembar (Surat Keterangan Lulus tidak
berlaku).
- Fotocopy Kartu Tanda Pencari Kerja dari Dinas Tenaga Kerja yang
dilegalisir sebanyak 2 lembar.
- Pasfoto terbaru hitam putih ukuran 3 x 4 cm sebanyak 3 lembar.
- Bagi yang mempunyai pengalaman kerja dapat menyertakan surat
pengalaman bekerja berupa Surat Keputusan Kerja yang dikeluarkan oleh
lembaga/instansi yang bersangkutan.
2. Waktu dan Tempat Pendaftaran
a). Pendaftaran, penyampaian berkas lamaran dan seleksi administrasi
dilaksanakan pada tanggal 30, 31 Oktober dan 1 November 2007.
b). Pelamar datang langsung ke tempat pendaftaran di ibukota provinsi
(Kantor Koordinator Unit Pelaksana Teknis Departemen Kehutanan
Provinsi).
c). Tempat pendaftaran, penyampaian berkas lamaran dan seleksi
administrasi CPNS :
- Kantor Pusat Departemen Kehutanan Jakarta untuk peserta yang
berdomisili di wilayah Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi dan Provinsi
Banten.
- Kantor Koordinator Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dephut Provinsi di seluruh
Indonesia.
d). Berkas lamaran dimasukkan ke dalam map berwarna :

III. UJIAN SELEKSI
1. Bagi peserta yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administrasi wajib
mengikuti tes tertulis yang akan dilaksanakan serentak di seluruh Indonesia
(Pusat/Daerah) pada hari Sabtu tanggal 3 November
2007.
2. Berdasarkan Peraturan Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Negara No. 30 Tahun
2007 tanggal 27 Agustus 2007 tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Pengadaan CPNS,
materi ujian meliputi :
• Tes Kompetensi Dasar (TKD); dimaksudkan untuk menggali pengetahuan,
keterampilan dan sikap/perilaku peserta ujian, yang meliputi :
- Tes Pengetahuan Umum / TPU (Ideologi, Politik, Ekonomi, Sosial
Budaya,Hankam dan Hukum);
- Tes Bakat Skolastik / TBS (Kemampuan Verbal, Kemampuan Kuantitatif,
dan Kemampuan Penalaran); klik http://www.gpsjakarta.com
- Tes Skala Kematangan / TSK (Kemampuan Beradaptasi, Pengendalian Diri,
Semangat Berprestasi, Integritas dan Inisiatif).
• Tes Kompetensi Bidang (TKB); dimaksudkan untuk mengukur kemampuan
dan atau keterampilan peserta ujian yang berkaitan dengan kompetensi
jabatan.
• Khusus untuk pelamar dari kualifikasi pendidikan SMK Kehutanan/
SKMA/ Forest Ranger yang dinyatakan lulus tes tertulis akan dipanggil
untuk mengikuti tes fisik dan kesehatan.
3. Pengumuman pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus direncanakan tanggal 3
Desember 2007.

IV. LAIN-LAIN
1. Panitia TIDAK MEMUNGUT BIAYA APAPUN dari peserta.
2. Pada saat pendaftaran dan ujian seleksi diwajibkan membawa pensil 2B
asli, penghapus, rautan, alas tulis dan alat tulis lainnya.
3. Keputusan panitia tidak bisa diganggu gugat.
4. Bagi yang dinyatakan lulus final harus menyertakan hasil tes bebas
narkoba dari Rumah Sakit Pemerintah.
5. Setelah diangkat CPNS tidak boleh minta pindah selama 5 (lima)
tahun.

HOTEL CONTRACTOR - BILINGUAL GERMAN

Hotel Contractor - Bilingual German.
We are looking for an experienced hotel contractor with bilingual German language to join this leading tour operator. As a global leader, with a unrivalled reputation in the industry they are also known for their friendly and professional culture. They also offer flexible hours and are located in the heart of London.

Hotel Contracting - Duties:
- Contracting hotels within Germany, Austria
- Negotiating rates and allocations with suppliers
- Travelling to meet with suppliers directly

Hotel Contractor - Skills Required:
- Previous hotel contracting experience in the travel industry is essential
- Knowledge of hotels in Germany or Austria, or previous experience contracting in this region would be preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual in German and English language

The successful candidate can expect to earn a salary of about £23,000 - £28,000 with excellent benefits - these include, Flexible hours, 20 days holiday, and a potential bonus yearly.
