Main duties:
- Responsible for consult & develop recipes & menus, run demonstrations of UFS range of products to customers. (trade & Horeca or LET)
- Compile sales database from Stock Points or Distributors
- As a trainer in developing, improving and assisting chefmanship knowledge to sales person
- Master class, field visit with sales force once a week to improve chefmanship knowledge
- As area chef guardian to West Java sales team in introducing culinary knowledge
Qualifications:
- Male, max 25 years old
- D3 hotel and tourism academy majoring food production
- Experience3 years as cook/chef
- Having basic leadership & coaching skill
- Having driving licence and able to drive a car
- Jakartabased
